Frozen Fudge Pops

With all this hot weather, I decided some frozen treats would be nice.  I hate to pay for them, though, so I found a delicious recipe for homemade fudgesicles.  Only four ingredients!
4 cups whole milk, 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder, 3 Tbsp. flour, 3/4 cup sugar
Mix the dry ingredients in a sauce pan.
Gradually add milk.  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.  Boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.  Allow mixture to cool.  Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set.  Made 16 Tupperware popsicle servings.
Note:  Use whole milk to achieve creamy consistency.  Anything less will yield icy popsicles.  You could probably add cool whip or powdered milk to up the creamy factor.
Grace LOVES these;  she gets so excited about going outside to have a chocolate popsicle!

Total Cost: $1 more or less for 16 popsicles depending on your milk prices

Looks like a good recipe! The only bad thing is cooking the mixture first.:o) I'll have to cook the mixture in the morning before it gets too hot. They look delicious!
