Happy Healthy Independence Day!

So, I've been following the Weight Watchers eating plan (notice I didn't say diet) since the end of April-ish.  I love feeling thin again.  Sometimes it can be hard to say "no" to that luscious piece of dessert, so I try to have healthful alternatives that give me a sweet fix.  Here's one of them.  This is just like a Breakstone's Cottage Cheese Doubles, but better and cheaper and oh. so. simple.

It's about 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a great big spoonful of jam, and the fruit of your choice.  In honor of our country, I chose strawberries and blueberries to contrast nicely with the white cottage cheese.
