The pizza dough rose nicely, so I got started making the pizzas. Once the dough is done, the rest is simple. I made one and a half times what the original recipe calls for so that I could squeeze three springform pan pizzas out of one baking. Making the dough is a bit of a hassle, so I try to get as much out of it as I can.
Here's the end result:
As an efficient multi-tasker (cough, cough), I also made cheeseburger soup. This is the first time I made this recipe, so I'm curious to see how it turns out. True to form, I didn't follow the recipe because I didn't have a few ingredients (Velveeta, carrots, celery) on hand, so we'll see how that tastes. I substituted extra potatoes for the carrots and celery, and I used a can of cheddar cheese soup instead of Velveeta.
