I went for my first OB appointment yesterday, and I came home with this picture! I was so excited. I had been hoping they would try to detect a heartbeat with the Doppler, but when I saw the ultrasound machine in the exam room, my heart soared. I was also very nervous, as I have known this machine to show very sad news as well. But as soon as she had the monitor focused, I saw the little one squirming and waving. It was really such a beautiful sight that I began to cry... and I fell in love again. My heart just grew to include another dear child.
Thank you, Lord, for another miracle of life.

"... waving ..." That picture, that word!! Ten thousand words wouldn't describe the soul God has provided. May God bless and keep this child.
