I am so blessed.
I am blessed to be a mommy. I used to wonder a few years back if I would ever get to type that sentence. When we were first married, I was naive enough to think that conception, pregnancy, and child-bearing was all in our hands. I know better now. After two miscarriages and three losses, one little girl and another on the way, I have learned that each life is a gift direct from God. After two surgeries and a lot of hormones later, I understand that gratification is much sweeter when seasoned with tears, prayer, and heart cries. I do not take for granted the blessed dream of a life that I live each day.
I'm so thankful that He has entrusted us with children.
Happy Mother's Day!
Saturday morning tent city!
I promise you; this picture was not posed.
Isn't she cute? I love her. She gives the best hugs.
A little horticulture lesson.
Little Miss Green Thumb
27 weeks! Only 13 left. Please ignore the flabby arm. Ugh. Pregnancy mutates my body, but I love it.

So excited for you, cute little pregnant lady!
You look lovely!! You are so right -- never take the future for granted. When we are in His hands, so are our one day at a time, sufficient grace is given to us, too.
