Since we got back from Chicago last Tuesday, I hadn't spent a single day at home. Wednesday I cleaned the church and made cookies for the garage sale on Thursday. Thursday and Friday I held a garage sale with a few friends, Saturday we visited the Sunday School children and went to my in-law's house to celebrate a few birthdays, and Sunday was spent all day at church.
Wouldn't you know that I woke up Monday morning with that uneasy feeling that my insides were disquieted. Yep, the flu bug paid a call on me. Being 31 weeks pregnant and having the flu is a real ball of fun. Today is better, but I'm still not quite up to par. Maybe tomorrow.... I think the Lord knew I needed a day of rest, so He made a way to enforce it.
In the next few days I'll return to some regular posting again, right along with getting back on my exercise bike!

Oh no! I hope you feel better soon! I was miserable when I was pregnant and sick. I used to be quite the fan of medicine :)
...and you really shame me! Back on your exercise bike! I'm 2 years postnatal and still trying to get back on! I had a six-month fiery stage where I burned off the pregnancy weight, but that was a year ago, and the pounds are a'knocking on my door!
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog, btw. It made me happy :)
Kucka!!!! I had the flu bug too at 8 months. The only good thing was the swelling in my feet went down!!! I could see my ankles for a few, short, sweet hours! Love ya!
