Weight Loss {Grand Finale}

 You may recall a couple weeks back when I mentioned my month-long diet commitment and shamelessly disclosed my weight.  Amazingly for me, I stuck with it for the whole month.  Here's how the scale looked from my point of view.

To drop below 150 pounds has been my goal for, oh say, 4 years?  Definitely the holy grail of weight loss for me. The last time I weighed under 150 was January 2008, corresponding nicely with the first trimester of my pregnancy with Grace, when I stopped exercising and ate myself out of house and home to combat morning sickness.

So Inspiring!! I definitely can relate to the unhealthy eating because of morning sickness. It seems the only things that taste good and require the least amount of effort during MS are processed and sugary foods. Thanks for sharing! :)
