I really love Dave Mincy's music. He has two Christmas arrangements free to download here. One is an intermediate piano solo of "Angels from the Realms of Glory" and the other is an SATB with optional soprano descant or children's choir arrangement of "Hark, the Herald Angels Sing", but to a new tune.
